Presentation Rules
Oral Presentations
- Presentation time: 15 minutes (12 min presentation + 3 min Q&A)
- Please arrive at the session room 10 minutes before your scheduled time
- Bring your presentation file on a USB drive (backup recommended)
- Supported formats: PowerPoint (.pptx) and PDF
Poster Presentations
- Poster size: A0 (841mm × 1189mm), portrait orientation
- Posters will be displayed for the entire day
- Presenters should be present during the designated poster session time
- Push pins will be provided
