Please use the official abstract template for your submission:

Submission Procedure

1. Download the abstract template
2. Prepare your abstract following the guidelines
3. Submit your abstract through the online submission system
4. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission

Abstract Format

• Length: Maximum 1 page (A4 size)
• Language: English
• File Format: PDF
• File Size: Maximum 5 MB

Presentation Types

• Oral Presentation: 15 minutes (12 min presentation + 3 min Q&A)
• Poster Presentation: Poster size: A0 (841mm × 1189mm)
